Lync 2011 locks to "Away" after 49 days of (client system) uptime

Howdy folks,

I'm using Lync 2011 (the supported/required IM client here), on Mac OS X 10.10, and I've noticed that after my workstation (rarely rebooted iMac) has been up for just over 49 days, my status is set to away, and I'm unable to change it to anything else. Rebooting the mac resolves the issue, until it comes back again 49 days later.

I can't help but notice that 4294967294 milliseconds is 49.7103 days... Seems like Lync 2011 is using deltas on the uptime to determine when to mark me away, and runs into an overflow when the uptime runs past 49.7103 days.

Anyone else noticing this, and is there any chance of getting it fixed?

Thanks!

I'm noticing this issue as well... I mean "feature". Thanks, Microsoft for keeping my machine uptime under 50 days!
